How long will Mo’s Bundt Cakes keep their fresh taste?
Mo’s Bundt Cakes will stay fresh tasting at room temperature for up to 3 days (well covered), as long as they are kept away from heat and humidity. Avoid direct sunlight. Our bundt cakes may also be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 1 year. If refrigerated, remove cake from refrigerator and leave at room temperature for at least two hours before serving.
When will my order ship?
We are currently shipping Monday thru Thursday. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, Weekends or Holidays.
Our daily cut-off time is 11:00 am. Orders placed by 11:00 am Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am will ship the next available day.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery service within the Miami-Dade County area. Delivery fees start at $15.00 depending on the area. We deliver Monday thru Saturday. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order. Minimum order $30.00.
Do you ship to APO Addresses or P.O. Boxes?
At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.
Do you ship to other countries?
At the moment we only ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Do I have to be home to receive a delivery?
Because our bundt cakes are perishable, it’s best that you schedule your delivery for a day that you will be there to accept your order. Mo’s Bundt Cakes ships without signature required. Our Shipping Provider may leave cakes at the door if there is no one home, however, at its sole discretion, they may choose not to leave a package if they feel it would be unsafe for any reason. The shipping carrier may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. We are not responsible for undeliverable cakes or delays in the receipt of your order in the absence of a gift recipient.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders. Email us at email@example.com if you need more information or call us at 866-276-9255.
Do you bake cakes for restricted diets?
At the moment, we do not offer fat-free, sugar-free, wheat-free or gluten-free cakes. Most of our cakes may contain eggs, milk and wheat. Some flavors may contain nuts.
Our cakes are produced in a facility that processes peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts and coconut. Our facility is not Gluten Free.
