Mo, founder of Mo's Bundt Cakes and a proud Puerto Rican, grew up enjoying creamy, homemade coquito with her family every Christmas. By popular demand, she's bringing that cherished tradition back for Christmas in July.

Made with real coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and Puerto Rican rum, this incredibly moist and flavorful bundt cake is finished with our signature coconut buttercream frosting and a generous sprinkle of coconut flakes.
